MELT Tools Used: MELT Hand & Foot Therapy Kit, MELT Soft Foam Roller, and MELT Resistance Band
Sessions are held at the Ober Park Exercise Room in-person or Zoom online.

*missed sessions are eligible for a make-up class taken within the month of the workshop.
