VERONICA DeSoyza is a master yoga teacher and teacher trainer with over 20 years of experience. She specializes in Vinyasa, Kundalini Kriya, and Aerial Yoga. 

Her classes weave in Mudra (energetic hand seals), mantra, breath work, and playful, flowing, vigorous asana practice ending with a deep integrative rest with a sound bath providing her students with a fulfilling yoga experience. 

Veronica has toured the globe as a professional ballerina, modern dancer, singer, and aerialist. She has performed around the globe, on television, in the hit NY show DeLaGuarda, and sang, danced, and flew on the Broadway stage. 

This class welcomes of all levels. Scholarships and work study positions available

$63 for 2 hour class; payment required prior to class; class cards are not accepted.
