Summer MELT w/Edya

Edya is back this summer with more class times

MELT Basics for Length:
This series hydrates and prepares body tissue, allowing for full, springy movement without joint strain. By training from the inside out, it enhances force absorption, promoting graceful, effortless motion. Stability and balance improve as supple tissue supports fluid movement, reinforcing core strength and body awareness.

MELT Basics for Strength:
Strength is more than force—it’s connection, control, and balance. This series hydrates connective tissue, releasing tension so movement feels effortless. Guided neurostrength techniques activate deep stabilizers, reinforcing core support before layering in dynamic motion.

As stability and strength build, effort transforms into efficiency, and resistance becomes freedom. This journey is about reclaiming control, moving with purpose, and stepping into a stronger, more resilient you.

Ongoing: For lasting progress, a personalized plan is key. We recommend continuing through the year with weekly MELT Method classes at Core Centric or with the monthly MELT Method workshops offered by Michelle Reed in the Ober Park Performance space the first 2 weeks of every month on Mon/Wed at 9. These are offered both online and in person with each recorded to use as a followup for the month.
