Emma is a martial artist (Tae Kwon Do), yoga instructor (certified 200 HR, Barefoot Bliss), lifelong athlete and lover of all things movement. She brings years of experience guiding both adults and youth through, martial arts practice, mindful movement and meditation to her service here at Core Centric.
Emma believes that movement and breath are the pathway into the body, mind and beyond. In each of her classes she strives to offer a gentle, compassionate space for students to receive the gifts of their own wisdom that they carry within.
